Luis García: "We imposed our style and I think we deserved to achieve something more"

The UD Las Palmas coach described the draw against RC Deportivo as "very positive. Personally, I really enjoyed watching the team, they showed personality."

Luis García appeared at the end of the match against RC Deportivo (1-1), held at the Gran Canaria Stadium. In his analysis of the game, the yellow coach highlighted that "I value the point positively. We have witnessed a great football match, each with their own style," to which he added: "Personally, I enjoyed watching the team a lot, they showed personality. We knew the risk, because in transition situations they can hurt you. We imposed our style and I think we could have achieved something more."

"Many times everyone sees it differently, in the overall volume of the match we had the penalty, the ball hit the post, we controlled the game... regardless of whether the result is fair or not, I think it was a great match. I cannot forget our people, it was extraordinary to see the Gran Canaria Stadium like this. Hopefully, in fifteen days, if the schedules allow, we will be 26,000 in the stands."
