Access to the Gran Canaria Stadium

Subscribers: you may be asked for your DNI to verify your identity. (The season ticket is personal and non-transferable), you can transfer your season ticket (48 hours before the match) to a third party for a specific match in the season ticket holder's virtual office.

Fanclub: you may be asked for your ID to verify your identity. (The sympathizer or entry card is personal and non-transferable).

Online Tickets: They are of a nominative nature and the DNI may be requested to verify their identity.

Returns: Changes and returns are not accepted.

Security: The entrance to the venue is subject to the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport.

The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, at its meeting on May 19, 2022, has transferred to the clubs the "implementation of additional security measures (... ) promoting systems for verifying the identity of people who try to access sports venues with the implementation of systems for issuing and selling tickets that make it possible to control the identity of ticket purchasers (...)".

Article 13 of Law 19/2007, of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport establishes that "The State Commission Against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport may decide to implement additional security measures for all competitions or sporting events classified as high risk, or for venues that have been subject to closure sanctions in accordance with the second and third titles of this Law, and in particular the following : (...) b) Promote identity verification systems for people who try to access sports venues. c) The implementation of systems for issuing and selling tickets that make it possible to control the identity of ticket purchasers (...)

Article 15.3 of Royal Decree 203/2010, of February 26, which approves the Regulations for the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, establishes that: "In the cases contemplated in article 13.1 of Law 19/2007, of July 11, the verification and monitoring of the identity of those who purchase tickets or the control of the distribution of localities will be carried out by implementing registered ticket sales systems and developing procedures that allow the distribution of tickets to be supervised. assigned locations and to know the identity of the holders of access titles to sports facilities.

NATIONAL COMMISSION AGAINST VIOLENCE, RACISM, XENOPHOBIA AND INTOLERANCE IN SPORTS

RD 203/2010 Regulations for the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport and Regulations for Access to LaLiga Stadiums.

Video-monitored sports venue for the safety of attendees and meeting participants.

Causes that prevent access or permanence in the sports venue: 

a) Participate in altercations, fights, fights or public disorders.

b) Introduce, carry or use any kind of weapons or objects that could produce the same effects, such as sharp, cutting elements, or items weighing more than 500 grams/milliliters susceptible of being used as projectiles, such as food in rigid containers, bottled drinks or their containers.

c) Introducing or being in possession of flares, firecrackers, explosives or, in general, flammable, smoking or corrosive products and pyrotechnic devices. 

d) Being under the effects of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic, stimulants or similar substances.

e) Introduce or sell any kind of alcoholic beverages, narcotic, psychotropic, stimulant or similar substances.

f) Introduce, display or make banners, flags, symbols or other signs with messages that incite violence or terrorism, or by virtue of which a person or group of them is threatened, insulted or harassed by reason of their racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sex or sexual orientation. 

g) Perform chants, expressions, sounds or attitudes that incite violence or terrorism, or that are intended to harass a person or group of them because of their race or ethnicity, disability, religion or beliefs, sex or sexual orientation.

h) Breaking into the field of play.

i) Having been sanctioned with the prohibition of access to any sports venue as long as it is not the sanction has expired.

j) The holder of this ticket agrees not to transmit, distribute, sell (or help to do so) any description, annotation, image, video, audio, data, statistics or other form of reproduction of the event, except for use personal and private, constituting the breach of any of said obligations also a cause that will prevent permanence in the sports venue. 

k) Carry out performances as a visiting fan in the local area, when it involves a risk sgo for safety and public order. l) The introduction of bottles of more than 0.5 liters (and without a cap) is prohibited, as well as all types of food or any other object greater than 500 grams, and susceptible to being thrown.

Club requests that all established legal measures be scrupulously respected, in order to avoid further restrictions in the immediate future.
