Luis García addressed the media gathered in the press room of the Estadio Gran Canaria after the victory against Real Sociedad B. He began the press conference by stating, "We are very happy for our people who always support us. We feel them close, and we need them. Also for the players, they gave their all, and the victory is fair and well-deserved. The 2-1 scoreline does not reflect what we saw."

"Iván Gil is a player I have known for many years. He is very important, he plays well between the lines. On a defensive level, he has taken a step forward this year. I don't give minutes away just because, they earn them. I am very happy for his two goals, he deserves it, and so does the team," he said about today's scorer.

Some of his statements:

"I leave upset about the goal, we cannot commit that foul. Details and these kinds of things are important to manage."

"Jesé will have his moment, just like everyone else will. He is helping us a lot in this role he has right now, but without a doubt, it can change."

"I have no debate with any player because they know that everyone can participate. We have three great goalkeepers, and we need to give them confidence. The team needed to win at home. With the 2-0, we had chances to score the third goal."

"I am very happy for Kirian, for his family and friends. That is the best victory. He is a special person who contributes a lot on a daily basis, he has natural leadership, and he understands football like few others. I feel very fortunate to coach him."

"The players know that we have a game plan, and there will be days when it’s one player’s turn and days when it’s another’s. That’s how it will be with everything, and in this way, we will be less predictable for our opponents."

"The most important thing is that we understand that we all have to attack and defend. We are a team for everything. It is a very clear message for everyone, we take certain risks, and in that sense, I am very happy for them, they needed a game like this."
