Luis García: "Against Mirandés, the results are always very close. We will have to do things very well to get back on the path to victory."

Luis García stated about the yellow fans that "they are very important to us and Monday can be a very beautiful day for families and a special day because of the toy collection; on a social level, the club is always willing to help. Hopefully, we can gift the victory to our people."

Luis García appeared this Saturday at a press conference before hosting Mirandés. The UD Las Palmas coach highlighted that "the feelings are very good, it is a luxury to work with the team, they always have a lot of energy and enthusiasm to improve." Regarding the opponent: "It will be a very competitive match, a rival with a lot of youth that continues to maintain many things despite the change of coach. The result is always very close, with minimal differences. We will have to do things very well to get back on the path to victory."

These were some of his statements:

"What I wouldn't like to hear from Viera, or any player, is that they are comfortable not playing, it's obvious."

"Jesé is working well, just like the rest, and he has participated in the last matches."

"Out of 16 matches, I think there were only two where there were no Canarians in the starting eleven. I completely understand the sense of belonging, we would love to include many more or even all, but it's not always possible."

"It is a very difficult category, we have to keep improving and being self-critical."
"I don't think Ale can make it to Ceuta, he is a very explosive player, and we want to avoid a relapse. Kirian is perfectly ready for Monday."

"We are professionals in this, and we have to go out with maximum tension. It will be very difficult, no one should think that Mirandés is coming just to go through the motions. They have young players eager to prove their worth."
