García Pimienta appeared this Friday in the press room of the Ciudad Deportiva where he stated: "It has been a good week, focusing on correcting and analyzing what happened in the last match. The guys are aware of the things we did very well and those we did wrong in Vigo."

Here are some of his statements:

"We need to be more direct to create more goal-scoring opportunities. Also, we need to be more focused defensively. I remember in the match at Montilivi, Girona took the ball away from us, and we struggled when we didn't have it. We need to stay compact to make it difficult for them."

"We have Marvin Park and Coco back from suspension. If nothing unusual happens, Araujo will start training with the group today. We'll see if he's fit to play next week, but I hope he finishes the season with the team."

"I'm very happy to reach a hundred games with UD Las Palmas. In today's football, it's very difficult to achieve. Together, UD Las Palmas and I have achieved our goals in these games. I'm happy to have managed these hundred games, and hopefully, there will be many more."

"The president is a very approachable person, always cheering us on. He wanted to share his opinion, it was a show of support for what the guys are doing. We are very grateful for his support."
