DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, and UD Las Palmas have signed an agreement by which the operator becomes the Official Sponsor of the Club until the 2026/27 season.
The signing of this agreement took place this Thursday at the Barranco Seco Sports City, in a meeting attended by the Head of Marketing of DIGI Spain, Daniel Campillo; the President of UD Las Palmas, Miguel Ángel Ramírez, along with Enzo Loiodice and Ale García, players of the first team.
Through this agreement, with which DIGI will be closer to its Canarian customers and the UD Las Palmas fans, the first team and the reserve team will display the operator's logo on the back of their shirts.
According to the Head of Marketing of DIGI Spain, Daniel Campillo: “For us, it is a true honor to become the Official Sponsor of UD Las Palmas, an emblematic Club with which we strengthen our bond with the Canary Islands."
For his part, the President of UD Las Palmas, Miguel Ángel Ramírez Alonso, expressed his gratitude to DIGI for “trusting us as the Official Sponsor of the Club until 2027. It is an honor to receive the support of such a solid company, with which we share values and objectives.”
The matches can be followed on DIGI TV
All UD Las Palmas matches can be followed through DIGI TV, the operator's television service, thanks to its Sports Pack, with which its customers can enjoy all LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches.
In addition, DIGI is present in Las Palmas with its SMART Fiber, reaching more than 250,000 homes in the province, and also with its PRO-DIGI fiber service, offering up to 10 Gbps speed, the fastest in the country at a residential level.
The operator has more than 180 employees directly hired by the company in the province and two DIGI Stores, one located in Las Palmas and the other in Telde.
