UD Las Palmas’ president pointed out in his presentation that prices will not be increased for the third year running. “We are where we are thanks to everyone. WIth the promotions we had we thought we had to increase the number of season ticket holder for next season”, he said. Ramírez was referring to the fact that attending to the needs of the fan base and following a questionnaire sent to over 10,000 current season ticket holders, the club has come up with a new offer of “the family season ticket including children of up to 23 years of age”. Families just need to go along with their family registration card (libro de familia) to get 50% discount for the part of the stadium they want to watch the matches from. The president also announced that “for next season, all shareholders from 2005 will once again have a discount of 100 euros on their season ticket. All season tickets can be financed by the two banks mentioned above.

Another of the new features of this promotional campaign is the children’s special discount that runs from 0 to 17 years of age. "I hope our season ticket holders renew their excitement with the club. From 16.00 this afternoon, they can renew their season tickets at the usual places". Miguel Ángel Ramírez also announced that the Grada Naciente part of the stadium will be extended by between 40 and 50 new seats to cater for the 'Ultranaciente' group of fans. He also made it clear that "there will not be added 50% discounts to buy match-day tickets", while also pointing out that over next season there will be two 'Club Days', one in the first half and another in the second half of the season.

The club also aims to interact with fans via the #juntosjugamos hashtag, with promotions and draws for all those taking part.
