The UD Las Palmas trainer, Quique Setién, says today regarding tomorrow's match against Athletic Club that "it is no easy job to keep out players of the quality of Aduriz", while pointing out that "I don't want to players to get obsessed over set-pieces. I may make a few changes to the starting line-up, but the team in general is performing well and moving forward well, although there are certain details we need to work on to correct. We have proved that what we are good at is keeping possession".

Setién said that "Athletic will hurt us with their aerial play, while we will try to play to our strengths by keeping possession and making the most of our own strengths, which are many", he admitted. "We are competing against a team playing European football and which has a fine group of players. The three points at stake are important to both of us. I think it will be an attractive game for the fans, because there will be two different footballing styles out there", the yellows' trainer stated. Setién also stated that the lack of goals from his forwards doesn't mean "I am planning to push Prince Boateng forward, because I would lose out on Livaja and Araujo. There are things that are above winning and losing. The season will not be over after tomorrow, and I want my players to be mentally tough", he concluded.
