Las Palmas manager Paco Jémez, spoke ahead of tomorrow’s game against Girona, saying "it’s a tough match, but I want my team to show they have improved, we will go after the game and look to pick up three points".
"We will make a few changes, looking to be more attacking, play with more depth and generate more goal-scoring chances. I don’t mind conceding goals as long as we score more goals than our rivals" he said, referring to what he is expecting from his side. Regarding tactics for tomorrow’s match, he was clear, saying "I am looking for a balance between defence and attack, and we will keep trying out different combinations until we hit on the right one".
As for the players in his squad, Paco Jémez said, "I am really pleased with the work they are all putting in, with the quality they are showing in training, I can see the intensity but they still have to take in the concepts", concluded the yellows’ trainer.
