Ivory Coast-born wide player Drolé becomes Las Palmas' first signing

Jean Armel Drolé, from the Ivory Coast, has become the first signing of the 2019-2020 season for Las Palmas. He comes to the club on loan from Turkish side Antalyaspor, with an option to sign permanent terms.

Young 21 year old wide player Jean Armel Drolé (born Abidjan,18th August 1997) will be on loan to UD Las Palmas until 30th June 2020. He comes in from Antalyaspor in Turkey. He has previously played for Perugia in Italy's second division. Las Palmas reserve the right to buy the player outright at the end of the season.

Drolé has played for the Ivory Coast at under 20 level. He is 1.85 metres tall, is quick and skillful, and can play on both sides of the pitch as well as centre forward. 

Drolé is due to arrive tomorrow afternoon in Gran Canaria in a flight from Madrid, at 17.25. He will undergo his medical on Saturday at 8.30 at the Hospital Perpetuo Socorro. He will be unveiled on the same day at the press room of the club's Ciudad Deportiva, at 12.30.
