García Pimienta: "I want a huge turnout of fans at the stadium on Sunday"

Two days before to the match between the yellow team and the Murcian squad, the yellow coach made an appearance in front of the media during a press conference held at Barranco Seco.

There are no reactions yet. Be the first!

We arrived quite well, with everyone ready, and we still have two more training sessions, said García Pimienta as he began the press conference. We are aware of how challenging the game is. Carrión performs admirably and barely loses three points. We'll stick with our concept. Cartagena will go to compete. I kindly invite the fans to crowd the stadium on Sunday; the team will be grateful for their support. On Sunday, I'm hoping for a lively atmosphere. In terms of players: "Marvin and Marc went about their routine tasks. We can rely on them despite their lack of play rhythm."

In his own words, "Vitolo is training really well. He will participate if we deem it appropriate." And "Jonathan is OK as well, and he'll play if nothing strange happens. Having three forwards is a damned issue. That is my responsibility."

Concerning the opponent: "They have good ball control and good shooters. We'll aim to prevent them from getting the ball and recovering aggressively. They will come to win the game ".

The premise is clear: "There is no squad that is unbeatable. We're hoping our streak will continue for as long as possible. By concentrating on the now, we have improved. We must strive for everything, while being consistent from game to game ".

"We play at home, in front of our fans, and I am certain that we will do a good job and go for the game against a very challenging opponent, of which we are aware," he concluded.
