UD Las Palmas acted as the host for a press trip organized by the club itself, bringing the day-to-day operations to the attention of international media. The club welcomed Scott Saunders, a journalist from 90min, Rhys Daly from Daily Star Sport, Colin Millar from Mirror Football, and Christopher Collins from LALIGA's Communications Department, all hailing from the United Kingdom.

For two days, the media representatives visited various strategic points in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where the British influence remains notably present. They toured iconic sites that tell the story of the British presence in the city, revealing a strong connection and influence on sports.

During their visit, the Real Club Golf de Las Palmas, the oldest golf club in Spain, the English cemetery in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Club Inglés de Las Palmas, the Real Club Victoria, the Holy Trinity Church (Anglican church), and the façade of the now-defunct Hotel Metropole (currently the seat of the City Hall of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) were among the landmarks shared with the media. They were accompanied on this tour by Paquito Ortiz, a former 'amarillo' player and Innovation Manager at the UD Las Palmas Foundation, Juan José Laforet, the official chronicler of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Betty Burgess, president of the Club Inglés de Las Palmas, Salvador Cuyás, president of the Real Club de Golf, and Juan Jesús Ortega Machín, president of RC Victoria.

The visiting media also underwent an immersive experience delving into the daily operations of UD Las Palmas, visiting the Pío XII headquarters where they were welcomed by the General Director, Patricio Viñayo, the Barranco Seco Sports City, and the Estadio Gran Canaria. Additionally, they witnessed the 'Amarilla' securing victory against Atlético Madrid.

This initiative, with support from LALIGA, represents a further step in UD Las Palmas' brand internationalization projects and approach to the British market. This strategic area aims to solidify the club's presence, attracting both tourism and sports interest to the island.
