Miloš Luković is now officially a new player for UD Las Palmas. The young Serbian forward, on loan from Racing Strasbourg, was presented this Friday at the Sports City alongside the sporting director, Luis Helguera.
“Miloš Luković is the piece we were missing,” assured Helguera, who described the striker as “a center forward with the ability to score goals and a versatile game that will bring us a lot.” The sporting director explained that he arrives “on loan for one season” and that the club is “very happy” with his addition.
For his part, Luković arrives with enthusiasm and ambition: “I hope to give my all to demonstrate my qualities.” “My idol is Cristiano Ronaldo. Aleksandar Mitrović is the player I currently identify with due to his abilities and goal-scoring skills,” said the new yellow forward.
The attacker, who has completed preseason with Strasbourg and played several friendlies, feels ready for the challenge: “I am ready to play.” However, he acknowledged that the competition will be tough: “In the first training session, I saw a very high level and that Las Palmas has very good forwards.”
