"We are introducing a very young, versatile player with great potential for development. We strongly believe in his growth and are convinced that he can progress with us," Helguera stated during the press conference.

For his part, Acimovic explained that UD Las Palmas' sports project was decisive in making the decision. "When I saw the project, I didn't hesitate. The playing style of UD Las Palmas and the quality of the squad were key factors in my decision to come," he assured.

The new yellow player expressed feeling ready to take on this new challenge and showed his willingness to help the team in any position required by the coaching staff. "I am at the coach's disposal to play in whatever position he asks of me," he stated.

Regarding his characteristics as a footballer, he preferred to let his performance on the field speak for itself, although he admitted feeling comfortable participating in offensive actions. "I don't like to define myself, but I do enjoy being close to the attacking line, scoring goals, and providing assists," he explained.

Acimovic also spoke about his arrival in Spanish football, a competition he considers ideal for continuing his development. "Spain is the best country to play football. I love their style of play, with very technical players, and I think I can develop my skills very well here," he affirmed.
