UD Las Palmas and the Mapfre Guanarteme Foundation once again join forces to collect toys at the Fanzone at the Estadio Gran Canaria this Sunday, before the match between the yellows and RCD Espanyol (17.30h).

UD’s vice-president, Nicolás Ortega, was grafeful for the support shown by the Mapfre Guanarteme Foundation: "It is a relevant event, as last year we managed to bring together six thousand toys for needy households". "UD Las Palmas will double the amount of toys brought to the FanZone, and we encourage fans to add their grain of sand and make the day a great one for many excited children", he added.

Alfredo Montes, at patron at Mapfre Guanarteme Foundation, said: "We are very pleased, as we are working together with UD Las Palmas another year so that no child should go without a present". He made special mention to the fans’ support for this campaign. "Last year we were amazed by the support of the fans, and hope they can do the same again this year". "We require new toys, not fighting toys and they should be mixed, both for boys and girls", he said.

The toy collection will be sent on the Casa de Galicia, and has the backing of Ramos Services and the Ultra Naciente Group.
