Kirian Rodríguez appeared at the press conference prior to the match between UD Las Palmas and CD Leganés, this Friday at the Gran Canaria Stadium. Regarding the event, the yellow player emphasized that "I expect a match like all those in the Second Division. We need calm, to stay stable, and not go crazy despite the results; we have to trust each other."

These were some of his statements:

"Regarding Miyashiro's play, what happened before doesn't matter anymore. The match might have been different, but it doesn't matter now; Friday's game is what matters."

"I've had a very good month, being free from medication, waking up in the mornings without pain. I've almost finished my preseason and I'm starting the final stretch at 100%."

"The conclusions we draw from Málaga are clear: mistakes are costly, and accuracy is key in the Second Division. Nowadays, set pieces are important."

"A final will be when we play for everything in the last match or if there's a playoff. In the last promotion, there was a buzz because we couldn't get points. What we need is calm to keep thinking that week by week, we will stay alive."

"Being out of the promotion zone is a motivation; I'm convinced that until the last moment, we will be trying with all our might."

"Personally, we feel that we can beat anyone. It's something that depends on us; it's good that there are direct confrontations. If we are in good form, we can close the gap with those above us."

"Practically every year, teams go through that prime period of football where everything goes well, and then there are stretches where you take fewer risks. The team needs to let go of that weight and think that it's okay to take risks."
