Jesé: "Zaragoza is a historic team in Spain and we are not expecting an easy match."

"I feel very good. During the Christmas holidays, I followed my training plan. The reunion with my teammates has been positive, I see people happy," expressed the forward.

There are no reactions yet. Be the first!

Jesé Rodríguez addressed the media who gathered in the press room of the Ciudad Deportiva de Barranco Seco ahead of the match against Real Zaragoza.

“I feel prepared. In my first press conference, I said that what I said that day wasn’t important, but rather what I was going to do from the first training session. With the coach, there has always been a relationship of respect and closeness. He makes all the decisions. If this ended tomorrow, we would be in the First Division, so his decisions have been the correct ones. I have nothing more to add. The coach is doing very well,” said the player from Gran Canaria.

Some of his statements:

“We are exposed to all criticism, which will be well received if it is constructive. I can’t control what people say. It’s clear that there are things I don’t like because it’s a matter of respect. Both my teammates and I give our all when it’s time to play. I have to speak when it’s my turn, and the best way is by playing with the ball.”

“Sandro is an excellent professional; he deserves to return now. He is working very hard every day. Sandro would be the best signing we could have.”

“I don’t have a bad relationship with anyone; everyone has their role and does their best. Both Luis García and Luis Helguera have the team in second place. The right decisions have been made.”

“I don’t think about money. I think about playing for the team of my homeland, where I have always been happy. I want to give back all the love that this great fanbase gives me, and things will come. The happiest thing would be to return to the First Division. But we have to take it step by step, be smart because this category is very tough.”
