García Pimienta: "I call the fans to the stadium, hopefully, we can give them our first victory of the year"

There are no reactions yet. Be the first!

García Pimienta spoke this Saturday morning in the Ciudad Deportiva press room, where he analysed Real Racing Club, the yellows' first opponent in 2023: "It will be a different game than the first round, and we will need to perform at our best. Racing will be a difficult opponent to overcome ".

He will have certain players ready for the encounter: "We have one more training session before the match, and if nothing unusual happens, we will be able to field Valles, Viera, Benito, and Sandro. I'm not concerned because we had two fantastic goalkeepers at the start of the season and we still have them. Whoever plays will do admirably. I encourage both of them to keep up the good rivalry; I enjoy it and it helps the squad."

The coach mentioned the market's upcoming opening "I don't expect to see significant changes. We would be very delighted if the free card went to Kirian; he is still adjusting, but it would be a success for everyone; nonetheless, I am not going to claim that the team is closed or that there will be additions; anything that involves enhancing the roster must be considered ".

"We needed to recharge our batteries, and the break allowed us to be with our families and not focus about football," he added of the christmas holidays. García Pimienta used his intervention to appeal to the fans: "We need them to pack the stadium tomorrow so the players know they are supported. We are playing for them, and we hope to bring them success."

"On an individual level, I wish for health in 2023, and on a collective level, I would love for Kirian to obtain the number," the yellow coach ended.
