"Nordics Digital Campaign"

This document of terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") consisting of a set of (a) "Particular Conditions" and (b) "General Conditions" ─ sets out the rules governing your participation in the Campaign.

Please read this document carefully before participating. Your participation in the campaign implies that you accept and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions in its entirety.


What is the territorial scope of the Campaign?

Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

This list of events could be modified by UD Las Palmas and Turismo Gran Canaria by mutual agreement.

Which are the dates for participation?

From March 19th until August 3rd, 2024

What do I have to do to participate?

Attend to one of the events, where the link to the website of the campaign will be provided and register through the link by providing:

  • Your name, surname, email address year of birth, country and city.
  • Explanation on the reason why you would like to win the prize.

Is there a limit to the number of participations per person?

Yes, only one participation per person.

Which is the prize to be awarded?

There will be one (1) winner, who will be awarded with:

  • 1 trip to Las Palmas (Spain) for four (4) people. 
  • Four (4) tickets for one (1) Las Palmas game on the season 24/25.

The trip will include:

  • Hotels for 4 people. Hotel, dates and category to be elected by Turismo de Gran Canaria.
  • Flights from origin (airport where the winner resides) to Gran Canaria for 4 people. Dates to be defined by Turismo de Gran Canaria.

The prize does not include expenses different from those indicated such as diets, food, drinks, accommodation extras, insurance or transport different from the expressions indicated above.

The designation of the game from Las Palmas during the season 24/25 will be awarded taking into account availability of the club for this experience.

How many winners will be selected?

One (1) winner will be selected. The winner will be able to take a companion for the trip.

When and how will the winner be selected?

The winner will be selected randomly from among all of the participants, on the 5th August, 2024.

How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be notified via the email address which the winner used to register for the competition, on the 5th August, 2024.

How will the prize be delivered to the winner?

Flight tickets and game tickets will be delivered through email.

1. Organiser:

1.1  UD LAS PALMAS, S.A.D. (“UD Las Palmas”), with NIF number G-35025220 and address at Calle Pío XII, 29 (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), 35005.

The campaign is supported by TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA, with NIF number P8500008A and address at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Triana, 93, 35002.

2. Purpose:

2.1 Through this promotional campaign (the "Campaign") we aim to promote UD Las Palmas products and/or services by awarding the prize described in these Terms and Conditions (the "Prize") to eligible participants.

2.2 Participation in this Campaign is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to participate, except, where applicable, the purchase of the services that are the object of the promotion.

3. Participants:

3.1 Any natural person, resident in the territory targeted by the Campaign, over 18 years of age or the age of majority in accordance with their country of residence in case it is higher, may participate.

3.2 Employees, executives and directors of UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA, its direct collaborators, such as agencies involved in the execution of the Campaign, and first-degree relatives of the aforementioned groups are not eligible to participate or win a Prize.

3.3 We may verify your identity, age and compliance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions by means of official documents (ID, passport, etc.), at any time, including before and during the Prize delivery.

3.4 We may also check compliance with the terms of use of the social media or platforms through which you participate in the Campaign (where applicable). If you breach the terms of use of the social networks or platforms - or provide false identity data or information - you will be immediately disqualified and will be obliged to return the Prize if it has already been awarded to you.

3.5 Erroneous or incomplete submissions, or submissions which have taken place outside the participation period or which do not comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will not be valid.

3.6 You agree not to implement any method of participation in breach of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify, at our sole discretion, any entry that (i) manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Campaign; (ii) violates these Terms and Conditions; (iii) abuses, threatens or harasses any other participant or third party and/or (iv) has been generated by automated systems, scripts or any other type of fraudulent use. LaLiga and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA also reserve the right to take legal action against those individuals who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation of the Campaign.

4. Publication of content by participants: 

4.1 In the event that your participation requires the publication of comments, photographs, videos or other types of content, your participation must comply with the following requirements: (i) be related to the subject matter of the Campaign; (ii) be original and not infringe third party rights; (iii) do not show content that could be considered offensive or defamatory; (iv) do not include brands or make reference to products or services of companies other than TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA and UD Las Palmas, its clubs or sponsors; (v) be suitable for all audiences and not infringe the law, morality or public order, in particular it may not be sexually explicit or ordinary; (vi) not include or reveal personal data such as telephone numbers or addresses and (vii) do not include or evoke the image, likeness or name of other people without their authorization. UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA is not responsible in the event of non-compliance with these requirements by participants and reserves the right not to publish or to remove comments or content that violate these conditions.

5. Prize:

5.1 The Prize will be awarded to the winner on a personal basis and may not be transferred or assigned to third parties, whether free of charge or at cost.

5.2 The Prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or for its cash value. The winner may renounce the Prize, but under no circumstances will the winner receive any compensation or indemnification.

5.3 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize for another of similar value if, for reasons beyond our control, the Prize is not available during the promotional period.

6.Notification to the winner and award of the Prize:

6.1We may contact the winner to inform them of their status as a winner, confirm that they comply with the conditions of participation and request the necessary information/documentation to deliver the Prize. The winner must accept the Prize and send all the required documentation/information within a maximum period of two (2) working days (unless another period is indicated in the communication received), to the address provided by us. UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA assume no liability whatsoever to any person who has not responded within the deadline.

6.2In order to obtain the Prize, we may ask the winner to sign a letter of acceptance of the Prize.

6.3The prize will be delivered to the winner, either by us or by a third party partner, no later than sixty (60) days after the winner has been informed of his/her status as a winner and has provided all the information necessary for delivery.

6.4 Once the Prize has been sent, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable regulations, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control and we shall not be in any way responsible for the possible loss or deterioration of the Prize, nor for the malfunction, if any, of the courier or delivery service.

6.5 If a winning participant waives his right to the Prize obtained, does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, does not provide the documentation or information requested or cannot be contacted, we may automatically reject his/her participation, without the need to notify him/her, and we may declare the Prize as “not awarded”. Alternatively, we may decide to select an alternative winner following the same selection process and proceed to contact this alternative winner following the same communication procedure described above, and so on until the number of alternative participants is exhausted. If neither the winners nor the alternative winners comply with the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to declare the Prize as “not awarded”.

6.6 The name or profile name of the final winner will be published in the channels where the Campaign is managed or communicated.

7. Image rights and intellectual property:

7.1 Participants grant UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA a free, exclusive license for all exploitation rights - including, by way of example, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation - that may correspond to them over the contents that, where appropriate, are submitted to participate in the Campaign, as well as over the rights to their image - including their name and nickname -, so that UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA can communicate their participation in the Campaign in any modality, format and/or media known or that may be known in the future (including, but not limited to, audiovisual, printed, sound and/or digital media, digital repositories, social networks, computer applications and/or databases). Likewise, the winners will collaborate in the promotional activities in relation to the Campaign and authorize the recording and use of their image, name and voice during the enjoyment of the Prize in any commercial operation.

7.2 This license is granted on a worldwide territorial scope, for the maximum term of protection of the rights in accordance with the applicable law and with the right of assignment to third parties (in whole or in part, exclusively or not, free of charge or for a fee), without the right to any compensation or remuneration from UD Las Palmas or TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA.

7.3 We shall not be liable for any breach of any rule or any infringement of third party rights by participants during their participation in the Campaign, and participants assume the obligation to hold UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA harmless in such case.

7.4 In the event that your participation consists of an image or video, in which identifiable third parties appear, you must be able to prove that you have their prior express consent for us to process their image so that we can exploit it in accordance with the license described above. In addition, in cases where minors are involved, you must provide written authorization from their parents or legal guardians. Any person who accompanies the winner during the enjoyment of the Prize shall also authorize the use of his/her image under the terms described herein.

8. Tax obligations:

8.1 The prizes are subject to the tax legislation in force, and the winner, in the event of acceptance of the Prize, must assume the tax obligations that correspond to him/her in relation to obtaining the Prize.

9. Processing of personal data:

9.1 he personal data of the participants in the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy accessible through the media in which the Campaign is communicated, the aforementioned policy being a separate document from these Terms and Conditions.

10. Responsibility:

10.1 Without limiting the rights of participants as consumers: (i) Participants exonerate us, and our collaborators or subcontractors from any type of liability for damages of any nature in relation to the Campaign and during the enjoyment of the Prize and within the limits established in the applicable regulations. (ii) UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA are not responsible for possible losses, damages, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect electronic deliveries or communication of the Campaign.

10.2 UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA shall not be liable in the event of cancellation of the Campaign or impossibility of enjoying the Prize in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, or for reasons that are not attributable to it or that are beyond the control of UD Las Palmas or TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA (for example, in the case of prizes consisting of travel, flight or event cancellations, lack of valid personal travel documentation, etc.).

10.3 The participant acknowledges that the Campaign may be promoted through UD Las Palmas's and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA´s social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.). However, the Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the social media platforms. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from the social media platforms and is aware that by participating in the Campaign he/she is providing his/her personal information and data to UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA (if applicable).

10.4 UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA disclaim any liability in relation to any opinions or statements made by third parties and/or media (without any intervention by UD Las Palmas or TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA in relation to the participants and/or winners of the Campaign.

11. Modifications:

11.1       We have the right to extend, postpone, modify or suspend the Campaign if there are reasons beyond our control or reasons not attributable to us that justify it, trying as far as possible that such changes do not adversely affect the participants. We will inform you of this circumstance and of the changes or new dates as soon as possible, without the participants having any right to receive or claim any compensation whatsoever.

11.2       UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA are empowered to, at its discretion, resolve any contingency not foreseen in the Terms and Conditions, based on the spirit and purpose of the same and we may adopt the necessary decisions for the resolution of incidents or unforeseen events that arise in the development of the Campaign as long as these do not unduly prejudice the participants and are fair.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction: 

12.1 The Campaign is governed in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law.

12.2 In those cases in which the regulations foresee the possibility of the parties submitting to a jurisdiction, UD Las Palmas/TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA and the participant in the Campaign, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, accept to submit any controversies and/or disputes that arise or are related to the Campaign and these Terms and Conditions to the courts of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the rights of the participant under any applicable mandatory consumer law.

12.4 UD Las Palmas and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA reserve the right to exclude from the Campaign any participants who have been declared winner when the legislation of the winner's country of residence establishes limitations that are incompatible with obtaining the Prize. 

13. Terms and Conditions:

13.1 These Terms and Conditions will be accessible through the media in which we communicate the Campaign and may be consulted and downloaded by participants at the link indicated in the Specific Conditions throughout the Campaign period. UD Las Palmas will also keep a copy of the text and will make it available to you on request.

13.2  In case of conflict between the Particular Conditions and the General Conditions, the Particular Conditions shall prevail.

13.3  All clauses of the Terms and Conditions must be interpreted autonomously and independently. If one of them is declared null and void by a final court ruling, this will not affect the others and we will replace it with another one that will have the same effect. 



According to the provisions of the data protection regulations, UNION DEPORTIVA LAS PALMAS SAD and TURISMO DE GRAN CANARIA will be responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide. The data of those responsible are:

  • UNIÓN DEPORTIVA LAS PALMAS, S.A.D., with CIF A-35314350 (hereinafter “UD LAS PALMAS”), and registered office at C/Pio XII 29, 35005. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, GRAN CANARIA ( and website where the rest of the information is provided).
  • TURISMO GRAN CANARIA, with NIF number P8500008A and address in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, calle Triana, 93, 35002 ( and and website where the rest of the information is provided).

By express agreement between those responsibles for the treatment of the data, expressed by common agreement in this writing, the UD LAS PALMAS will receive the data of all the participants, will organize the draw and the random selection of the winner, proceeding to contact them to provide them with services ( as attendance at the football match) and will send the winners' data to TURISMO GRAN CANARIA so that they can manage the rest of the benefits.

The participants in the draw, by clicking and sending the data that they voluntarily communicate and will communicate, consent to the processing of data necessary for participation, management of the contest, documentation and justification until the activities are carried out and the end of the period of legal and assumed responsibilities. Likewise, if they are awarded, they contractually agree (by accepting and clicking on the terms and conditions and this policy), the management of the prizes and their delivery, and the indefinite disclosure of data such as name and surname and images of the winners. It is authorized that what was captured may be used by those responsibles and may appear in publications of any type and format (ex: website) from/at the direction of each person responsible or in which each person responsible participates, such as their social networks, or concerted media by those responsibles.

Where applicable, interested parties have the right to exercise their data protection rights (access to personal data, rectification or deletion, limitation of their processing, opposing processing, as well as the right to data portability, withdrawing their consent, oppose advertising, as explained in the privacy policies referenced on the website of those responsibles by contacting the addresses indicated in the heading.

This authorization, established in the terms established in this agreement, is understood to be made free of charge, exempting those authorized from liability for any use that a third party may make. The authorized party may use the data, or part of it, in all countries of the world without geographical limitation of any kind, and for an unlimited time until they wish to cease. All of this with the sole exception and limitation of those uses or applications that could violate the right to honor in the terms provided for in Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal privacy and family and self-image.
