José Vicente Gómez Umpiérrez (Las Palmas, August 31, 1988), has been transferred to Deportivo La Coruna after 9 years in the Yellow club. The midfielder’s contract with the Yellow Club was valid until 2022. As a professional, he scored 15 goals in the yellow jersey.

Vicente was trained in AD Hurricane before arriving at Las Palmas Atlético in the 2009/2010 season. The following season he found his place in the first team of the yellow team and has been under the breeding of UD Las Palmas for eight consecutive seasons. Within the Island Club he has achieved a promotion to the second Divisón B, with the daughter team, and another with the first group to the first league. He made his debut in the 2015/16 season in the 1st Division with Paco Herrera, against Atlético de Madrid at the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
