Procedure for tickets purchased physically at ticket offices and FENAMIX points:
From tomorrow, Wednesday, until Saturday, October 1, fans who purchased their tickets physically will have the option of exchanging them and being able to attend the next game being played at the Gran Canaria Stadium, versus UD Ibiza, or requesting a refund of the cost (Wednesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
Procedure for online ticket purchases:
Those who bought tickets from our website (the sole authorized online sales channel) can request a refund by sending an email to documentacion.abonados@udlaspalmas.es, providing the following information:
-Name and surname
-Phone number
-Email with which you made the purchase
-Number of tickets purchased
-Purchase amount
-Date of purchase
-4 last digits of the card with which the purchase was made
-Enter code numbering (5 digits)
