Prior to playing Burgos CF, Garcia Pimienta attended a press conference at the El Plantio Municipal Stadium. Regarding what he anticipates from the match, he said: "He is a really tough opponent; they are ruthless and don't play games. They have a very specific plan and stick to it, and they have used their ability to defeat us in both games, but we want to win".
The coach stated, "The two games I have played against Burgos have been in Gran Canaria, they are extremely clear about what they have to do and that is how they have been doing very good.
