Rafael Mir Vicente (born Murcia, on 18th May 1997) will be part of the yellows’ squad for the 2018/19 season, after an agreement was reached today with Wolves.
The forward spent his early years at a range of different Spanish clubs including FC Barcelona, Real Murcia and more recently Valencia CF. He spent six seasons at Valencia, and stood out as one of the top scorers in the UEFA Youth League in the 2015/16 season. He made his first team debut for Valencia in 2015 against Zenit in the Champions League. Last season he signed for English side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Mir will be landing in Gran Canaria this evening around 18:40 and will undergo his medical at the Hospital Perpetuo Socorro tomorrow. He will be presented at 12:30 in the press room at Estadio Gran Canaria.
