Timor is the latest signing for UD Las Palmas

Midfielder David Timor has joined UD Las Palmas for the next four seasons. He comes from Girona FC.

David Timor Copoví (born Carcaixent, 17th October 1989) arrives at UD Las Palmas for the next four years after agreement was reached between the yellows and Girona FC.

The midfielder started out in the youth ranks of Valencia CF and Osasuna. He made his first division debut for the reds in 2011/12 season. The following season he went out on loan to Girona. Once his loan period was over he returned to Osasuna before signing for Real Valladolid where he remained for one year. Before going back to Girona FC he spent a period at Leganés. Last season, when Girona gained promotion to the first division, Timor made 17 appearances, totting up 921 minutes and scoring two goals. So far this season he has featured in two matches, against Valladolid and Real Madrid.

The player arrives in Gran Canaria on sunday at 23.40 on a plane from Valencia. He will be unveiled on monday at 12 in the press room at the Estadio Gran Canaria, after going the formality of a medical at the Hospital Perpetuo Socorro.
