Tickets for the derby, called "Club Day," go on sale on Tuesday, with season ticket holders getting precedence

UD Las Palmas will begin selling tickets for the derby against CD Tenerife next Saturday, November 26, at 9:00 p.m., at the Gran Canaria Stadium, a match that has been declared as "Club Day" by the entity.

Season ticket holders have until Sunday, November 20, to purchase their seat as well as two extra tickets.

From tomorrow, Tuesday, at 10 a.m., until Sunday, November 20, UD Las Palmas season ticket holders will be able to purchase the ticket corresponding to their season ticket holder through the Ticket Holder Virtual Office, at the Gran Canaria Stadium ticket offices (ticket offices 5, 6, 7, and 8 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. uninterrupted), or at Fenamix points. Furthermore, they will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets at the public price, while seats remain. These two tickets may only be purchased at ticket offices and Fenamix points, and only two spots per person will be sold, regardless of the number of subscription cards provided at the specified point of sale.

The UD also informs you that the season ticket holder card must be shown. 

Tickets for NON-SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS will be available beginning Monday, November 21, given capacity availability.

Non-season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets for the derby at the Fenamix box office and points beginning Monday, November 21, once the deadline for season ticket holders has expired. A maximum of two tickets may be purchased.

UD Las Palmas notifies that the internet sales channel will not be available for this match and reminds fans that no refunds or payments for the difference in price between minor and adult tickets are permitted once purchased.

There will be 690 seats allocated to CD Tenerife in the visiting sector.

690 tickets will be reserved by UD Las Palmas for CD Tenerife supporters who travel to the match. The blue and white entity, which will be located in Sector A32 of Grada Sur, will be in charge of directly managing the sale of these seats.

New registrations for season ticket holder card processing will be halted until the completion of the derby.

The entity notifies that new registrations cannot be handled as of today, Monday, and that the procedure will restart after the match vs CD Tenerife is over.
