UD Las Palmas encountered several challenges in the first half in finding their rhythm in the match against a rival more accustomed to the play surface at Na Capellera.

With many changes and three official debuts in their lineup, the yellow team reached halftime without breaching Aarón Gómez's goal but managed to create numerous offensive initiatives effectively contained by Manacor.

The initial period resembled a mutual study between the opponents, though Manacor did pose threats through shots from Pareja and Sastre, none resulting in a goal.

Garcia Pimienta's side altered their approach after the break. At halftime, Alberto Moleiro entered the game. In a matter of minutes, the yellow team increased their threat, sending three dangerous messages to the Balearic goal within five minutes.

Sory Kaba had the best opportunity, heading a corner that goalkeeper Elías and his woodwork deflected. It was a prelude to what was about to come.

Las Palmas demonstrated a more aggressive stance, translating their dominance into an excellent goal by the Mexican Julián Araujo, courtesy of an individual play. His shot caught goalkeeper Elías Ramírez off-guard, finding the net.

In a short span, the fate was sealed with the second goal by Moleiro. The Tenerife-born player successfully finished off an attack involving multiple players, with an assist from debutant Pau Ferrer.

The third goal was attributed to the aforementioned Pau, marking his twelfth of the ongoing season.
