SD Eibar exercise their option to buy Pedro Bigas

Pedro Bigas Rigo (born Mallorca, 15th May 1990) has become SD Eibar’s latest signing as they exercise their right to buy the now ex-yellows player. Pedro Bigas came to UD Las Palmas in July 2015, when the side gained promotion to the top flight. During that season he played 28 matches (27 in the league and 1 in the Cup), scoring 3 goals in the process. In the 16/17 season the central defender played a further 33 games (32 in the league and 1 in the Cup), scoring 4 goals. In the 17/18 season, Bigas suffered a knee injury which kept him sidelined for most of the season. He played a total of 12 matches, 896 minutes in all.
In the current season which is drawing to a close, he has played at SD Eibar on loan, featuring in 12 games.
