Paco Jémez made it clear after defeat to day at Ciudad de Valencia that “none of my players should hold their heads because they have given their all. That’s the attitude I want for the remaining matches”.
As for his team’s plight, the manager said “it is very difficult indeed now but until we are mathematically down we will keep fighting. There are 21 points at stake, that’s still a lot, and can be won and lost”.
”I can see my players fully understand the consequences of this result, but I cannot criticise them for the match today because we went down with dignity and pride”, he concluded at the press room at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia.
