Luis García: "We have to get up, the team spirit is tremendous"
The yellow coach highlighted after the defeat against Extremadura that "I don't evaluate the players solely based on one match. Sometimes things don't go as one wishes, they work incredibly hard, and I will always defend them because they give their all every day. Today is a tough day."
Luis García appeared at a press conference after the defeat in the Cup against Extremadura. The yellow team coach began his appearance by stating that "The goal was to play a good match and advance to the next round, but it didn't happen. In an isolated action, they took the lead and from there we were not accurate in front of the goal. Congratulations to Extremadura".
These were some of his statements:
"The worst thing is about Iñaki, he has a very strong blow and I hope it's nothing serious. Carlos Navarro played a good match, we had been following him and I am very happy for him, I encourage him to keep working and improving".
"We have to get up, the team's spirit is tremendous. The path is clear and the strength of the group is incredible".
"Caro is hurt, but mistakes are part of the game. The only thing I am going to do from my position is to support him because we play that way, many times we have found an advantage by playing the ball that way and we are not going to change it".
