At the press conference, at the end of the match held in Butarque, Luis García commented that "Leganés brought the first half to duel situations and it was difficult for us. In the second half, we adjusted and were more comfortable" and praised his team after the effort made against a great rival like Leganés: "We have to give a lot of value to the victory because they are clear favorites for promotion. What the team has done today is very commendable."
