Luis García addressed the media after the first match of the promotion play-offs. He began the press conference by stating: "A very tight match, difficult to create scoring opportunities. In the first half, it was a bit harder for us to create those advantages. In the second half, we conceded that goal, we tried until the end but it wasn't possible. There's still a lot ahead, I firmly believe we are capable."

"I think we saw a UD that wanted to take the lead with the ball. Regarding the changes, we were trying to create different things. We have a match in three days, and we have to try to manage everything, keeping in mind that we are coming in with a significant amount of accumulated minutes on our legs."
