UD Las Palmas coach, García Pimienta, held a press conference on Friday ahead of the game against Real Zaragoza. He highlighted that "the team did not have a good start, but they have a very dynamic squad and a well-defined system". He also mentioned that "last Saturday the team showed great attitude, and we need to maintain it for the game against Zaragoza".

García Pimienta emphasized that "many people did not know that the team was capable of achieving what they have done. Opponents have adapted to our style, which has made it a bit more difficult for us, but we have quality players who can create one-on-one situations."

Here are some of his statements:

" Everyone is aware of how hard I and the other members of the coaching staff work for the team. We must be extra cautious while facing a squad with good dynamics, good players, and a clear plan."

"The system varies depending on the players who are on the pitch. The team needs to do different things depending on the players' profiles."

"The team has made an effort, and I'm delighted with their attitude, commitment, and belief. We need to believe that we are very good defensively, which is what has brought us this far."

"Kirian's situation is different from Vitolo's. He is a midfielder who can also play as a pivot. Kirian is making a tremendous effort, and he's improving every day. He will enter the game when I believe he can help the team."
