LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
UD Las Palmas SAD (hereinafter referred to as UD Las Palmas), with Tax ID A-35.314.350 and registered office at C/Pío XII, 29 (35005 – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), intends to hold a sweepstake called "DOUBLE TICKET + FLIGHTS + STAY UD Las Palmas vs FC Barcelona," governed by the following terms and conditions.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The purpose of this Contest is to award a double ticket to attend the next football match between UD Las Palmas (as host) and FC Barcelona (as the visiting team), including round-trip flights from the country of origin and accommodation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
One (1) winner will be selected and provided with two tickets (for the winner and one companion), round-trip flights, and accommodation at the Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana. On February 12, UD Las Palmas will announce the winner’s name on its official website and Instagram profile. Additionally, the winner will be notified via private message or the contact details provided to communicate the procedure to follow.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be modified, altered, compensated, or transferred. Furthermore, the prize is personal and non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the winner.

CONTEST DURATION
The Contest will begin on January 29 (10:00 Canary Islands time) and end on February 10 (10:00 Canary Islands time). Participation will only be possible during this period.
UD Las Palmas reserves the right to modify the Contest duration, upon public communication through its official Instagram profile, and to modify or change these terms and conditions partially or entirely, as well as to postpone, interrupt, or terminate the Contest at any time.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS
The Contest is open to any adult (18 years or older) residing in Europe, with the legal capacity to consent and obligate themselves. To participate, eligible individuals ("Participants") must:

-Acknowledge these terms and conditions.

-Be registered on the UD Las Palmas website (www.udlaspalmas.es) and access the sweepstake landing page or enter via the sweepstake published on Instagram (the choice is voluntary).

-For Instagram participation, users must:
a) Mention a friend who has permitted them to include their name, after informing them of this action and these terms.
b) Follow the official UD Las Palmas Instagram profile, which promotes the Club and its advertising activities.
c) Follow the necessary steps to provide and obtain the required authorizations.

Participants are limited to one entry per person. UD Las Palmas reserves the right to automatically and immediately disqualify any Participant who violates the principles of good faith, displays deceitful or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent methods, or fails to comply with any aspect of these rules.

WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected randomly via a private drawing. All eligible participants who meet the stated requirements and are not disqualified will be included.
One (1) winner will be drawn. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm their participation, the prize will remain unawarded.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner’s information or username will be published on the Club's official Instagram profile and/or the UD Las Palmas website on February 12.
UD Las Palmas will also individually notify the winner to inform them about their prize. The winner will have February 10 and 11 to confirm their acceptance or rejection of the prize and provide their contact information (name and address). Failure to respond within the given timeframe will be considered a rejection of the prize.
UD Las Palmas is not responsible for being unable to contact the winner or award the prize due to incorrect information or technical issues. In such cases, the prize will remain unawarded.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to UD Las Palmas using their name and image for promotional purposes related to this Contest.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms by each Participant.
UD Las Palmas is not liable for any reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure that may prevent the Contest from being conducted under these terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION
Winners agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information obtained during the Contest, regardless of its format (oral, written, or otherwise). This obligation remains valid even after the Contest concludes.

RESPONSIBILITY
UD Las Palmas disclaims all responsibility for the organization and development of the Contest, including but not limited to:

Violations or infractions by participants.

-Misuse of the prizes by the winners.

-Errors in the data provided by participants that prevent identification.

-Postal issues (e.g., losses, damages, theft) or communication failures that disrupt the Contest.

-Temporary unavailability of services or external malicious actions affecting participation.

Participants waive any claims against UD Las Palmas for damages resulting from participation in or the prize. UD Las Palmas reserves the right to:

- Modify or cancel the Contest for justified reasons or force majeure.

-Replace the prize with another of equal or greater value.

-Extend or shorten the Contest duration.

-Disqualify participants who disrupt the Contest's fair operation.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable laws, personal data provided by Participants will be managed by UD Las Palmas (info@udlaspalmas.es) to organize and conduct the Contest. Data will only be retained for the necessary duration and may be deleted once the Contest concludes and legal responsibilities are resolved.
