Jonathan Viera could therefore have a third spell in UD Las Palmas if conditions of the contract are met between the player and the club, who will enforce the obligation of him returning under any circumstances that may impede it earning the 30% of his economic rights.
UD Las Palmas considered it was necessary for the player to guarantee returning to the club in the negotiation process, if for any reason his time at the Chinese club is cut short of the whole period for which he has signed, or once the contract period is over.
With this agreement, UD Las Palmas keeps the door open to a possible return of Viera in the future.
