Following this evening’s victory against UD Lanzarote, the yellows’ manager is thinking ahead to the first league game for UD Las Palmas against SD Huesca, and stated "we will play with the best team available right now, and try to put out the strongest side possible". As for the current situation of his team looking ahead to the league season he said "right now I can’t play Kirian and Drolé because we can’t register them yet", adding "the priority right now is to use the players I have available".
As for possible departures, the trainer said "Edu didn’t play today because he is leaving”. He went on to say "All these difficulties will make us stronger as a group, the team is looking good and tight, and they are working really hard".
